About the project — Börseplatz
The Börseplatz house was built in the 1870s. For more than 120 years, the Central Telegraph Office was located here, and served as the main communications hub of the empire. Five years ago, the building was completely renovated, and the historical details of the interior were restored to their original form.
TThe unique features of the house include the original mouldings and some pieces of furniture, 2.6 ft thick walls for excellent noise cancellation, high ceilings, underfloor heating and modern air conditioning systems. The penthouse, in addition to boasting spacious dressing and living rooms, will also have access to the winter garden.
