The apartment is located in an historic building that recently underwent important refurbishments; the electrical wiring, wall cooling, autonomous supply ventilation and smart lighting system were all modernised or added to the residences, and the interiors were updated in a way that preserved their authentic decor and design.
Three bedrooms with private bathrooms allow you to easily accommodate every family member and household staff. The gated territory has its own courtyard and concierge services, creating an atmosphere of privacy and comfort.

Developer — Brisen Development
Founded in the mid-2000s, the Brisen Group initially specialised in luxury real estate, including constructing new and modernising old facilities at historical locations in European capitals. The company's portfolio boasts successful projects in Switzerland, Great Britain, Germany, France and now Austria.
