About the project — Das Artmann
The house was originally built in 1866 by the architect. Ferdinand Hartmann, and was completely renovated in 2024. The facade and staircase of Das Artmann are recognised as architectural monuments, as the industrial and Grunder-era styles combine to create a rather unique appearance.
Das Artmann offers impeccable residences in the main building that are distinguished by high ceilings, stucco and handmade parquet. There are additional apartments on the penultimate floor and in the new annex that have access to the courtyard. Residents will be able to enjoy spectacular views of the Danube Canal and the city centre from their own terraces. The updated interiors and utilities meet the highest standards of environmental friendliness and energy conservation — including solar panels on the roof.

Location — Das Artmann
Leopoldstadt — the second district of Vienna
Das Artmann is located in Leopoldstadt, the second district of Vienna, between the Danube and the Danube Canal. This is one of the most fashionable and dynamically developing areas in the city; you can even walk to the historical centre in just 15 minutes. Leopoldstadt combines historical buildings and modern architecture, cultural attractions, picturesque parks and recreation areas, including the Danube Canal embankment and the extensive Augarten Garden. After Vienna University of Economics’ new complex – a campus, a library and a training centre – was opened, the demand for residential real estate increased markedly.
