About the project — Am Werdertor by Allea Group
The Am Werdertor house was built in 1869 by architect Ludwig Zettel by order of textile manufacturer, Mayr Mandl. Although the building has been modernised, the interiors retain the features of the classic style of the Grunderzeit era, with ceilings 13.7 ft high, light colour tones and spacious layouts.
The residences are complemented by smart home systems, spacious balconies and terraces. Panoramic windows overlook the historical part of the city. Everything you need for a comfortable, active and social lifestyle is nearby: world-class restaurants, boutiques, museums and cultural attractions.
